General Policy

At Zentha, we take pride in curating rare, certified gemstones and bespoke jewellery with full transparency. Due to the nature of high-value gems and custom work, our return and refund terms are specific to each product category.

Returns – Standard Items Only (≤ USD 1,800)

We accept returns on standard gemstones and jewellery priced at or below USD 1800, under the following conditions:

  • You notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item (EU buyers, per consumer protection law)
  • The item is unused, unmounted, and unaltered
  • The original certificate, packaging, and documentation are returned in full

If approved, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item in acceptable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Premium gemstones (priced over USD 1800 or listed as “Price on Request”)
  • Custom-sourced gemstones
  • Bespoke jewellery made to customer request
  • Collector-grade or investment-grade stones
  • Any item that has been mounted, handled by a jeweller, or altered
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

These items are classified as custom or investment products and are exempt from return under EU law.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Photograph the package before opening, then the contents
  2. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and images in your message

We will assess the case and advise you on the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, which must be tracked and insured to match the original delivery’s coverage.
  • Zentha is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from returns, refunds, or product condition shall be subject to the courts of Denmark.
